Ovation Sports was founded in 2007 and created for the sole purpose of the marketing and delivery of the Champions Hockey League. Comprised of a staff with a wide range of sports marketing backgrounds our goal is to create “Europe’s Greatest Club Hockey Tournament.”

With daily contact with the IIHF, Clubs, Broadcasters, Sponsors, Media and a variety of specialized Service Suppliers we have created one of the largest “hockey families” ever seen in Europe.
During the inaugural season, to many people’s surprise, we had introduced many firsts in club hockey. One of the most visible being the clean commercial concept both in the arena and on the players. Another factor in the success was the broadcasting and Internet platform allowing fans across Europe to follow their clubs whether they were competing in Espoo, Finland or all the way in Magnitogorsk, Russia.
